Ginger Me Events is an experiential production collective led by Britney Cooks, a Freelance Event Business to Business (B2B) Field Producer & Logistics Partner. Rooted in her childhood experiences of being left out, Britney’s mission is to design spaces where everyone is intentionally included. We bridge the gap between creative vision and master logistics to execute conferences, culture-forward brand activations, live tapings, fitness events, and community programming across DFW. We don’t just engineer flawless operational footprints; we design environments optimized for true connection and community.
Britney is trained in the Lemiga Method, a planning framework created by master event planner, Michelle Gainey. This training equips her with a strategic approach to event design—balancing logistics, storytelling, and guest engagement to create seamless and memorable experiences.
Before entering the events industry, Britney built her career in special education, where she developed exceptional skills in organization, adaptability, and thoughtful planning. She brings this same level of care and attention to detail into her events, ensuring that every element—from programming to guest flow—is intentionally designed and well executed.
